Contract Human Resources Assistant (Remuneration & Benefit Focus)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the team in day-to-day operations
Support in C&B functions including payroll, leave, overtime & benefit administration, compensation projects etc.
Compile HR reports and statistics on regular and ad hoc basis
Coordinate internal and external HR related events and projects
Perform ad hoc duties as shall from time to time be directed by supervisor

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
1 year of C&B experience in financial industry is preferred
Familiar with HR related laws, regulations and local practices
Good organization, communication and analytical skills
Strong sense of responsibility, detailed minded, flexible and willing to take on new challenges
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
Immediately available is highly preferred
