About the Role

Virtus Medical Group Limited is seeking a talented Accountant or Accounting Officer to join our dynamic finance team. This full-time position is based in our Sheung Wan offices in Central and Western District. As an integral member of the team, you will play a key role in supporting the company's financial accounting and reporting requirements.

What You'll be Doing

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
Conduct regular account reconciliations and analysis to ensure financial data integrity
Support the month-end close process and assist with the audit process
Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
1-3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards and regulations
Professional accounting qualification (e.g. HKICPA, ACCA) is preferred
