Our client, a Payroll Outsourcing Company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Temporary Tax Assistant

Roles & responsibilities

Assist in processing tax documents
Coordinate with tax boards for getting relevant information
Process tax forms (IR56B) for all assigned clients timely
Ensure all the data updated and forms are generated accurately
Handle phone-in and email enquiries on tax matters
Maintain good business relationship with clients
Manage customer requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and precisely

Knowledge & skills required

Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
Knowledge in MS Office
Good numerical sense
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work within a collaborative environment and multi-task
Adaptable and enjoy challenges with proactive attitude
Responsible, determined, result-oriented, cooperative, hard-working
Acceptance to occasionally work under pressure and meet deadlines
Payroll Knowledge in HK is preferable
