Senior Manager, Marketing

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
8 years exp in communications of which 5 years in managerial positions
Experience in healthcare industry is a definite advantage

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, go‑to‑market plans, and end‑to‑end campaigns across business units to expand market reach and drive product usage;
Ensure accurate and effective campaign execution, continuously monitoring performance, analysing results, and recommending enhancements;
Manage marketing budgets and business reports for assigned projects to ensure cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation;
Design and implement creative, content‑focused, and unconventional marketing initiatives to support business growth and strengthen brand visibility;
Leverage media networks and support brand marketing, PR, events, and communication programmes within the Hospital;
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing insights that support strategic decision‑making;
Identify new market opportunities, develop actionable recommendations and proposals for growth and tailored to customer needs;
Coach and supervise subordinates; and
Undertake other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor(s)

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in Marketing field, with at least 5 years in managerial positions in sizable organizations
Strong knowledge and experience in healthcare industry is a definite advantage
Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for growth and non-traditional marketing approaches

Compensation and Employment Terms

We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates. Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
