SENIOR SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE - iOT smart wearables consumer electronic manufacturer (Kwai Fong)

Company Overview

We are a leading developer and manufacturer of IoT and smart wearable consumer electronic products, serving global brands across Europe and the Middle East.
Our core business covers the design, development and manufacturing of micro‑electronic products under various ODM/OEM brand names for major international lifestyle, sports and electronics brands.
We specialize in wearable sports and fitness monitoring devices, including IoT products, sports and fitness wearables, bicycle computers, e‑bike human–machine interfaces (HMI), smartwatches and outdoor watches, and activity trackers with heart rate monitoring.

Role Summary

You will act as a key bridge between our overseas brand customers and our China manufacturing teams.
You will manage day‑to‑day client communication, coordinate project and order follow‑up, and support marketing and trade show activities, giving you solid exposure to the global IoT and smart wearable consumer electronics market.
You will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager and work closely with a sales & marketing team of 5 members.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional account servicing and end‑to‑end order management for assigned overseas clients.
Coordinate closely with overseas customers and China‑based factories to ensure smooth communication, accurate order follow‑up and on‑time delivery.
Support marketing and promotional initiatives across online and offline channels.
Assist in planning, preparation and on‑site support for international exhibitions and trade shows.
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager and support ad‑hoc projects as required.

Ideal Candidates

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline.
2+ years relevant experience in manufacturing, trading or buying office environments.
Experience with IoT and smart wearables, smart sports wearables, consumer electronics or other high‑tech products is a strong advantage.
Background in sales, marketing, merchandising or account servicing is preferred.
Familiarity with international markets, especially the US, EU and Middle East.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills, with a detail‑minded and client‑focused attitude.
Willing to travel occasionally for overseas trade fairs and exhibitions.
