ROLE SUMMARY 角色摘要

Drive sales and clinical adoption of advanced point‑of‑care medical devices in hospitals and clinics, especially ultrasound, monitoring, and airway products.

It combines product promotion, live demonstrations, and in‑service training to healthcare professionals in ER, ICU, and ward settings.

The role builds and maintains strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams to support business growth.

Coordinates with overseas suppliers, and supports marketing activities and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

Support product and sales strategies for point‑of‑care solutions.
協助制定及執行即時診療醫療設備的銷售及臨床應用。
Promote and sell advanced point‑of‑care medical devices especially ultrasound, monitoring, and airway products.
推廣及銷售即時診療醫療設備，特別是超聲波、監護及氣道相關產品
Conduct product presentations, live demos, and in-service training for medical staff.
為醫護人員進行產品簡介、現場示範及培訓。
Provide onsite support during product evaluations and clinical use.
在產品評估及臨床應用期間提供現場支援。
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, engineers, and procurement teams.
與臨床醫生、護理主管、生物醫學工程師及採購團隊保持良好關係。
Monitor market trends and competitor activities; identify new business opportunities.
監察市場趨勢、分析競爭對手動態及發掘新商機。
Participate in congresses, workshops, and training to enhance product and clinical knowledge.

Coordinate with overseas suppliers on product updates and marketing campaigns.

Ideal Candidate 理想人選

University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medical Engineering, Science, Biology or related discipline.
大學學位，主修生物醫學工程、護理、醫療工程、理科、生物學或相關學科者優先。
Minimum 1 year experience in medical devices or hospital-related roles preferred; fresh grads welcome.
具至少一年醫療器材或醫院相關經驗者優先；具潛質之應屆畢業生亦可考慮。
A genuine interest in professional sales and client-facing roles. This position goes beyond traditional sales—it requires the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate confidently with healthcare professionals.
對專業銷售及客戶互動角色有濃厚興趣的人才。此職位不僅是一般的銷售工作，更需要能夠建立信任關係，並自信地與醫療專業人士溝通。
Knowledge in Point‑of‑Care, ultrasound, emergency or critical care settings is a plus.
具即時診療 (Point‑of‑Care）、超聲波、急症或深切治療經驗者更佳。
Good English and Cantonese communication; Mandarin an advantage.
具良好中英文溝通能力；懂普通話更佳。
Self-motivated, customer-oriented, organized, and a good team player.
主動積極、以客為本、具良好組織能力及團隊精神。
