SENIOR PRODUCT SPECIALIST (HA & Private Hospitals) – Europe MNC Medical Device & Nursing Equipment Brand owner (Kwai Fong)

Our Hong Kong office has been established for over 30 years and is the sales and service hub for the Hong Kong market.

Role Summary

You will drive our growth in the Acute Care sector by promoting our solutions mainly to the Hospital Authority (HA) and major private hospitals in Hong Kong.
You will take ownership of a high-potential hospital portfolio in the Acute Care sector.
You will build strong, trust-based partnerships with clinical and commercial stakeholders, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that enhance safety, efficiency and quality of care for patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Grow and manage sales in the Acute Care sector, focusing on HA hospitals and leading private hospitals in Hong Kong.
Promote our medical, healthcare and nursing solutions to acute wards and departments, clearly communicating both clinical benefits and economic value.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers, influencers and opinion leaders in hospitals.
Meet with hospital management and clinical teams to understand their challenges and needs, and propose tailored product and solution offerings.
Identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts and drive sales of capital equipment and related solutions.
Develop and implement account plans, sales activities and product launch initiatives for new and existing products.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights and ideas to support business strategy.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations, education sessions and in-service trainings to clinical and non-clinical staff in hospitals
Prepare and conduct clear, confident presentations to both small and large professional audiences.
Maintain accurate customer data and activity records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

Ideal Candidates

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Science, Business, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
3+ years sales experience, with solid, hands-on experience selling to HA or private hospitals in Hong Kong.
Additional experience selling to elderly homes or rehabilitation care settings will be an advantage.
Proven track record in selling medical equipment or solution-based products and consistently achieving sales targets.
Good understanding of the Hong Kong healthcare system and key stakeholders; strong existing relationships with HA and private hospitals are highly preferred.
Confident working in diverse healthcare environments (hospitals, mental health facilities, universities, long-term care facilities).
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage different levels of stakeholders.
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
Proficient computer skills; experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) is an advantage.
