Responsibilities

Assist in daily operation including booking management, tennis court restring, lessons and matches material preparation
Answer members enquiries by phone and emails
Promote sports and recreation products to members
Maintain proper inventory level
Keep management updated about members' comments and complaint

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcomed. Luxury hotels and clubs experience would be an advantage
Positive, friendly and attentive
Good communication and interaction skills
Good commend of spoken Chinese and English
