We are a US multinational toys company with sourcing offices in Hong Kong, Vietnam, China and other Southeast Asian countries, supported by an established vendor network across Vietnam, Southeast Asia and China.
Our teams manage vendor relationships, production control and supply chain operations to ensure the timely delivery of safe, innovative and high‑quality toy products to global markets.

Role Summary

Based in Vietnam, you will oversee end‑to‑end supply chain and production control activities for the Vietnam office, working primarily with vendors in Vietnam, with additional coordination across Southeast Asia and China.
You will design and implement supply chain and production control strategies in Vietnam, manage production schedules and capacity, and ensure vendors deliver on quality, cost and timelines.
Over time, this role is expected to expand in scope, taking a larger lead in coordinating activities related to vendors in Southeast Asia.

Position Overview

This is a key leadership role within the Vietnam office, responsible for vendor management and supply chain execution.
You will ensure manufacturing partners deliver exceptional quality, on time and at optimal cost, while building strong vendor partnerships and progressively strengthening coordination across the wider regional vendor base.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree holder
8–10+ years of progressive experience in the toys industry
Experience in multinational toys companies or leading US toys companies is a strong plus
Proven success in building and leading high‑performing teams or functions
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics in Vietnam; exposure to Southeast Asia and China manufacturing/vendor environments is an advantage
Solid track record of driving cost, quality and delivery performance improvements
Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills
Willingness to travel within Vietnam, with occasional trips to Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and China

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage supply chain activities for the Vietnam office
Coordinate closely with vendors in Vietnam, Southeast Asia and China to ensure on‑time shipments and optimal capacity utilization
Monitor vendor reporting, audit data and performance grading to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Proactively address potential delays, acting as an on‑site problem solver to safeguard customer timelines
Drive initiatives to exceed shipment targets and maintain accurate production and shipment records
Collaborate with product development, engineering, production control, quality assurance and legal teams to embed operational excellence
Negotiate and manage agreements with third‑party inspection/auditing firms, ensuring appropriate support for Vietnam
Build and implement a vendor management framework with clear performance metrics and corrective action plans
Oversee vendor‑related contractual compliance and support risk assessment and mitigation activities
