Job Overview

As we embark on a major HR digital transformation in our People processes, this role will support the end-to-end implementation of our HRIS project, ensuring seamless integration and optimised technology to enhance team member experience and operational efficiency. Acting as a key partner to internal stakeholders and external vendors, the role delivers solutions aligned with business objectives. Those who are passionate about leveraging technology to shape the future of HR, thrive in dynamic environments, and possess strong analytical skills will enjoy this role. This is a 2-year contract appointment.

Key Responsibilities

Here’s the quick lowdown on what you’ll do day-to-day:

Support the assessment of the current HRIS capabilities and assist in defining system requirements and specifications
Support the HRIS implementation project, including planning, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support, contributing to the delivery of project milestones
Work closely with consultants to implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs
Collaborate with business users on project activities, including progress meetings, workshops, UAT, and system training
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines
Design and carry out change management activities during project roll-outs, including communication, user training, UAT coordination, and system training
Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

Here’s exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or related discipline
Minimum 4–5 years of HRIS experience, including supporting system upgrades or implementation projects
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration and functional support
Strong understanding of key HR competencies and processes including compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, performance management etc.
Experience in supporting change management and cross-functional collaboration
Highly organised, self-motivated, independent, attention to detail and resourceful
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin
Understanding of local employment legislations and related ordinances

Familiar with HRIS trends and emerging technologies
Experience with HR data reporting or analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel)
