CUSTOMER SERVICE SENIOR ASSOCIATE

To handle enquiries from shoppers/ tourists about the shopping mall
To handle telephone enquiries and complaints from public and tenants
To ensure the smooth operations of various redemption programs

Responsibilities:

To handle enquiries from shoppers/ tourists about the shopping mall
To handle telephone enquiries and complaints from public and tenants in a professional manner
To offer assistance/ services to shoppers as needed in a helpful manner
To ensure the smooth operations of various redemption programs and LCX reward card member related issue
Assist with team internal documentation if needed
Shift duties will be required

Requirements:

Diploma of above in Hospitality/ Travel/ business-related disciplines
1 year or above relevant working experience in customer service/ hospitality or sales industry
Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Familiar with shopping mall operation will be an added advantage
