要求 (Requirements)：

對餐飲服務和日本菜有熱誠
有日式壽司,割烹,和食及刺身師傅10年經驗優先，根據工作經驗提供職位高薪；
需具備食品安全、環境衛生與個人衛生知識
持有衛生經理證書優先
基本的電腦和書面溝通技能
良好粵語, 懂普通話或英語

主廚職位:

識壽司, 割烹,和食及刺身; （高級餐廳保證高水平厨藝）
高檔菜式經驗更好，符合客人要求和喜好；
具備領導能力、解決問題的能力、溝通和人際交往能力
組織能力強，具備較強的多工處理能力並能夠注重細節
能夠組建並領導強大的廚房團隊
帶領團隊準備及製作食物
確保所有廚房設備按照指示正確運作
定期檢查存貨，採購食材並控制成本
監督所有食品製作和儲存的衛生和清潔標準
確保所有食品的風味、呈現、分配、調味的一致性
依照管理層的指示和同意開發新菜餚和菜單，遵循公司在開發新菜單、食品品嚐和菜餚成本計算方面的所有程序
協調所有廚房員工的工作流程

Japanese SUSHI Omakase Chef:

Japan SUSHI Omakase restaurant experience is required, in which supervisory experiences for a higher level position
Directly responsible for all kitchen functions, including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and hygiene
Have a passion in Japanese SUSHI cuisine
Certified in Hygiene manager preferred
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
Basic computer and written communication skills
Ability to form and lead a strong Kitchen team
Ability to organize, prioritise and anticipate
Effective communication skills
Language skills, such as English and Japanese, are required
