Key Responsibilities:

Multimedia Content Creation: Produce engaging digital and social media content, including graphics, short videos/reels, post caption, web visuals, blogs, and other creative assets from concept to execution.
Community & Campaign Promotion: Design campaigns’ promotional materials such as event visuals, promo clips, posters, backdrops, props, and signages.
Proposal & Project Support: Assist in developing marketing proposals and executing online and offline marketing projects.
Gen Z Engagement & Collaboration: Work with university students, key influencers, and youth organisations to co-create content that resonates with young audiences.
Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance and generate insights to optimise marketing strategies.
Tech-Savvy Content Production: Utilise AI and other digital tools to accelerate creative workflows.
General Support: Provide administrative and coordination support for in-house and sponsored events, and perform ad hoc tasks as required.

We need someone who:

Has 1-2 years of working experience in creative concept development and multimedia design.
Proficiency in graphic and video design software is a must. E.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
Familiar with Meta ads and Google Analytics is advantageous.
Strong understanding of Gen Z trends, language, and culture.
Proactive, innovative, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Ability to work collaboratively with the team as well as independently when needed
