The Role
We are now seeking an experienced and driven Marketing and Partnerships Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment, with strong capabilities across brand activation, event management, social media strategy, and joint-promotional campaigns. The successful candidate will be both strategic and execution-focused, with a strong results-driven mindset and a passion for creating impactful campaigns that resonate with young audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff while reporting directly to GM.
- Event Planning & Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person events. Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, publicity, and post-event follow-up to ensure seamless execution, drive brand awareness, and member loyalty.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge and implement joint promotional campaigns with KOLs, third-party platforms, corporate partners, community groups, educational institutions, and charitable organisations. Focus on amplifying brand visibility, fostering deeper member engagement, and driving conversions across key channels.
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), email marketing, and social media (mainly Instagram, XHS, WeChat, to maximise ROI and meet business goals.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics such as unique reach, lead generation, conversion rates, member engagement, and media value. Use insights to continuously refine and improve future strategies.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Gen Z demographic (both HK local and GBA audiences), university student preferences, and emerging market trends. Leverage insights to inform marketing strategies, ensuring relevance and resonance with target audiences.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner closely with business development, operations team to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and deliver tangible results.
- Ad-Hoc & Special Projects: Take on ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 6 years of marketing experience, with supervisory or managerial experience a must. Proven expertise in managing comprehensive marketing campaigns from start to finish, along with a strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, is essential.
- Hands-On Approach: Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to execute tasks as needed—whether that’s developing content, coordinating events, or managing day-to-day marketing activities. You’re both a leader and a doer.
- Digital & Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media marketing (for channels across HK and GBA). Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM and CMS system is essential.
- Creative Thinking & Problem Solving: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box, innovate, and develop marketing strategies that align with brand objectives. You can also execute those ideas within realistic timelines and budgets.
- Proactive & Can-Do Attitude: A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and can work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to track, measure, and analyse marketing performance using data-driven insights. Able to optimise campaigns and present results to management in a clear and actionable format.
