About the Job

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative & clerical support to the designated team, including but not limited to filing, mailing, updating records and payments, procurement, project agreements and other logistics arrangements
Assist in preparing regular reports for management review and analysis
Handle ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

Diploma or above in any disciplines
At least 2-year office administration, secretarial or clerical support work experience
A positive and well-organized team player, meticulous and mature
Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word & Excel)
Fresh graduates will also be considered
