Procurement Officer (Contract) (with gratuity)

Support and assist Procurement team on all vendor management related matters
Min. 3 years’ relevant working exp., preferably in banking and finance industry
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer

Responsibilities

Support and assist Procurement team on all vendor management related matters
Coordinate and collaborate with processing departments on procurement, vendor selection, document preparation, regular vendor management review and due diligence assessment
Manage the procurement and vendor management process, and operate the procurement e-platform
Prepare regular MIS reports for management
Handle enquiries from processing departments and ad-hoc request related to vendor management
Review and ensure documents submitted by processing departments are adherence to policy requirements

Requirements

University degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in banking and finance industry
Hands-on experience with the full Request for Quotation (RFQ) and vendor management processes will be an advantage
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
