The Job:
The incumbent is responsible at site and assist the Clerk of Works in supervision of the construction works and monitoring the standard of workmanship against Employer's requirement and relevant specification and standards.

Requirements:

Certificate in Building or Building Studies or equivalent; and
Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese Language and English Languages equivalent to Form 5 standard; and
Three (3) years relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision
Attendance of the following safety training is an advantage:-
Safety and Health Supervisor (Construction) Course;
Basic Accident Prevention Course;
Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); and
Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces
