Established in 1990, BYME Engineering (Hong Kong) Ltd. is a E&M building services specialist. With the aim of enhancing everyone’s lives, our works cover design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, maintenance and facility management of various mechanical and electrical systems.

Project Executive

About The Role

Assist the Project Manager with tender preparation, tender presentation, project planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
Support the development and use of AI tools and track the project progress, etc.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have

A degree holder with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in project management or business administrations, IT, or sales and marketing-related industries.
PMP® Project Management Professional® (PMP@ ) certificate is an advantage but not a necessity.
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Proficiency in MS Office operation (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
A team player with good interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills; independent, well-organised and self-motivated.
