Handle insurance application processing and follow up
Perform policy administration and ongoing maintenance
Provide administrative support to the sales channel

Key Responsibilities:

Handle insurance application processing and follow up.
Perform policy administration and ongoing maintenance.
Provide administrative support to the sales channel.
Liaise with service providers and Independent Financial Advisors to streamline daily operations.
Maintain accurate filing systems and proper record-keeping.
Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
Initiate and drive improvements to administrative procedures and workflows.

Requirements:

Post-secondary education or above.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience, preferably in the insurance or banking industry.
Holder of IA license is preferable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
