Are you looking to be part of revolutionizing online shopping behaviour and experience? We are a well-esteemed eCommerce company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new beauty business worldwide and to build brand awareness and sales revenue.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily credit check on the orders as per internal policy
Provide excellent eCommerce customer services to customers
Manage the order processing cycle with different departments
Assist customers to resolve any post-sales issues
Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor and management

Desired Skills and Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in contact center or eCommerce customer service role
Experience in Quality Assurance is preferred
Hands-on experience in CS industry is preferred (e.g. email, live chat, chatbot)
Proficient in written and verbal English is a must. Fluency in Chinese is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to details
Able to work independently and multitask
Intermediate level with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word and Excel
Right to work in Hong Kong
Available to work up to 16 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Immediately available is preferred
