Company Overview:

Po Leung Kuk is a well-established charitable organization in Hong Kong and has been serving the local community for 147 years. The Kuk provides multifaceted and quality social, educational, youth, recreational, cultural services and medical and integrated health services to all ages in the community through its over 300 service units. It attends to more than 2,700,000 visits for services per year in the past 3 years with about 45,000 students of its affiliated schools. We are now inviting high caliber candidates to apply for the position below.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Department Head with daily administrative tasks and coordination;
Support content creation for social media, including photo-taking and video editing;
Coordinate and update content for the department’s website and intranet;
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, documentation, and archiving;
Assist in various fundraising program activities, such as event materials preparation and on-site event support; and
Handle additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Our Requirements:

Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or related field;
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation;
Skilled in photography, video shooting, and video editing;
Strong copywriting skills tailored for social media posts, blogs, and community engagement;
Strong communication skills, fluency in Cantonese and English; and
Flexible and proactive attitude to handle ad-hoc tasks.
