The Kuk provides multifaceted and quality social, educational, youth, recreational, cultural services and medical and integrated health services to all ages in the community through its over 300 service units. Senior Executive

Position OverviewThe Senior Executive (Project and Data Analyst) will play a pivotal role in advancing Po Leung Kuk’s fundraising success through data-driven marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for analysing donor and campaign data, optimizing marketing performance, and supporting targeted engagement strategies to enhance donor acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. The role also involves managing the Donor Relationship Management (DRM) system to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity.

Job Descriptions:

A. Corporate Partnerships & Donor Engagement

Assist in identifying and engaging corporate sponsors and partners to support Po Leung Kuk’s initiatives.
Work with PLK’s service units to develop and implement corporate partnership initiatives
Help coordinate corporate sponsorship activities, including preparing sponsorship proposals, agreements, and reports.
Support the team in engaging with existing donors and cultivating new donor relationships

B. Administrative Duties

Provide administrative support to the Corporate Development team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing correspondence.
Assist in handling general departmental matters and ensure efficient operation of daily activities.

C. Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Job Requirements:

A recognised university degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Communications / or related disciplines;
Good command of both English and Chinese;
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the fields of fundraising, marketing communications, account servicing or event management;
Mature, meticulous and also an efficient and motivated self-starter;
Good multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines;
Proficiency in PC knowledge, such as MS Office, Excel, & Chinese Word Processing;
Occasional overtime work is required;
Immediately available is preferred.
