Analytical Service Manager – Client Solutions

Job Duties:

1. Manage day-to-day food regulation enquiries such as developing test plans and conduct food label review according to the requirements of different countries and regions.

2. Provide regulatory support and expertise to customers and drive regulatory leadership with the applicable regulations and standards.

3. Follow regulatory development in local and overseas to identify/anticipate regulatory opportunity & risk, assess business impact, translate regulatory insight into business strategy.

4. Provide updates and maintain a database of regulatory requirements.

5. Cultivate and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Food Science or related field preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years in technical support role in commercial testing lab or Regulatory Affairs in the food industry.

3. Familiar with food regulations in HK and overseas.

4. Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines.

5. Strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive important client projects.

6. Result oriented and Customer oriented.

7. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.

8. Good collaboration and influencing skills and teamwork spirit.

9. Proactive and independent attitude.

10. Excellent computer skill in EXCEL, POWERPOINT and WORD.
