The Registry is responsible for planning and implementing policies related to academic development and quality assurance, student admissions, registration, records, class scheduling, assessment, and academic policies, as well as administering study programmes and overseeing graduation.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for committee services, event management, assessment matters, and the development of student administrative systems
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Requirements

A university degree with 5 years’ relevant administrative experience
A good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
A high level of written and spoken communication skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in IT applications and student administrative systems
Demonstrated initiative and analytical skills for effective organization and execution of duties

Candidates with less/more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
