Responsibilities

Provide a wide range of administrative support to matters pertaining to business undergraduate degree and relevant programmes, including admissions, programme promotion and development, programme administration, student advising and activities, academic quality assurance of programmes, and AACSB accreditation-related matters
Provide secretarial services to committee(s)
Administer and coordinate faculty-/programme-wide events and matters
Liaise with internal and external parties effectively
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Requirements

A recognized degree with at least five years’ administrative experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
Relevant experience in admissions and event management, strong administrative skills, and advanced computer literacy are preferred
A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work closely in a team as well as good initiative and analytical skills to work independently
A strong sense of responsibility with a proactive approach

Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointments at a relevant rank.
