We are seeking a Part-time Customer Service Officer/Assistant with interest in Banking/Financial Industry.

Description

Provide high-quality customer service support to clients in the financial services industry.

Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately.
Support other administrative tasks as required by the department.

Profile

Previous experience in customer service or the financial services industry is advantageous.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
Flexibility to work on a part-time basis, as required by the role.
