We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Portfolio Officer to join our Portfolio Management Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our Portfolio Management team is professional in management of a comprehensive development comprises retail, office and five-star hotels, and providing quality services to our stakeholders and creating added value to make Pacific Place even more exceptional.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide clerical and administrative support for the leasing and management of Pacific Place and associated retail portfolios
Prepare full spectrum of lease documentation, including tenancy agreements, license agreements, letters, etc.
Manage leasing data system
Provide administrative support to the team, e.g. maintaining proper records and regular reports, handle general enquiries on property management matters

REQUIREMENTS

Post-secondary or tertiary education in property management or related disciplines preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in clerical and/or administrative experience, preferably in leasing / property management field
Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audience
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Good PC skills including MS Office
