Administrative Assistant (Government Contract: $17,200, 9 months)

Job Duty:

To provide administrative, operational and logistical support in different aspects, such as school networks and seminars, ongoing projects, competitions and ceremonies
To draft enquiries and replies to stake holders for the Section's administrative needs in seminars and ceremonies, and collaborate with other colleagues in activities and preparation for events and meetings;
To perform clerical, logistical and administrative tasks including handling applications for the competitions, answering school enquiries, and liaising with contractors of various projects, input data and collate information;
To assist in compiling various returns / statistics for activities and events such as quantity of applications and entries.

Requirement:

Level 2 or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and
Chinese word processing (倉額/速成) speed of 20 words per minute and English word processing speed of at least 30, preferably 50 words per minute; and
Good in Contonese and English
