What you’ll do
- Develop and implement customer service strategy aligned with organizational goals and values
- Oversee end-to-end customer service processes, ensure optimal service standards and effective front desk management
- Manage all phases of event planning, from strategy and logistics to execution and performance review
- Recruit, train and supervise event staff to ensure consistent brand image and excellent customer service
- Prepare management reports and attend meetings as required
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Key qualifications
- Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in customer service or event management
- Proficiency in using customer service management software, event management tools and CRM systems
Personal skills you excel
- Strong in customer service principles, event planning and operations management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to work with people at all levels
- Customer-oriented with multi-tasking ability
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
