Manager - Personal Line & Direct Selling

Job duties

Plan and monitor the day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operation across functions such as Customer Services, E-Commerce and Marketing.

Ⅰ.Customer Services

Responsible for ensure that all customer services activities are managed systematically and within pre-defined KPI
Partner with key stakeholders to plan, develop, implement and review the policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure best practice within the team
Prepare statistical reports and performance summaries for management monthly meeting
Handle ad-hoc projects assigned

Ⅱ.E-Commerce

Explore potential new channels and develop new markets
Cultivate innovative ideas to connect with new potential users
Develop the E-Commerce/social media business strategy and goals, manage the budget planning and monitor the execution, operations to achieve the company business goals
Implement of all sales & marketing plans, social media platform plans in order to drive the brands

Ⅲ.Corporate Marketing

Generate new ideas for marketing activities to optimize customer’s awareness and engage with potential customers
Design and implement different types of marketing campaigns
Organize and implement marketing plans for the group to support related promotional campaign and achieve business target.
Develop a product strategy aligned with the company’s overall strategy and focused on capturing the target customer segment
Oversea and enhance product management and development, including conducting market research, analyzing customer segments, designing product features, offerings and implementing the complete product development process.

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or related disciplines
Professional qualifications such as ANZIIF or Senior ANZIIF
Minimum 5 to 7 years of similar managerial experience
A team-oriented individual who can multitask and handle press and tight schedules
Familiar with both dynamic online and offline marketing/advertising strategies
Self- motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Background in General Insurance field will be an advantage
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
