Location: Tseung Kwan O

Job Description:

Perform general reception duties, including handling phone calls, coordinating counter services and greeting visitors
Manage inventory and order office supplies to maintain optimal stock levels while communicating effectively with various departments
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Coordinate company events and staff activities
Assist with ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications:

Diploma or above
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Holder of Construction Safety Training (Green Card) (advantageous)

Additional Information:

Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge in Google Workplace is an advantage)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible, with a strong willingness to learn
A team player with the ability to work independently
