Secretary (Management – Chairman Office)

Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial and all-round support to management team
Coordinate internal and external schedules, meetings / calendars and prepare meeting material
Handle daily correspondence, communications and reception of guests
Work cohesively with other departments to ensure smooth operation
Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above
At least 3 years relevant working experience in secretarial / administrative functions is preferred (Candidates with less experience will also be considered)
Diligent, meticulous, multi-tasked, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and reliable
Able to work independently and under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese words processing
Good command of written and spoken skill in English and Chinese including Mandarin
