At the moment, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant (Food & Beverage) to join our professional team at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support and secretarial services to the functions of Food & Beverage Department
Co-ordinate and arrange activities accorded to the Food & Beverage’s office
Appraise Food & Beverage of the day to day activities of the section
Arrange appointments and meetings for the Food & Beverage, recording same in diary and ensure the Food & Beverage has the appropriate documentation for each appointment
Take minutes of attended meetings, accurately transcribe and circulate to appropriate personnel
Maintain detailed knowledge of Food & Beverage menu, including daily specials etc

Job Requirements:

1 year and related experience including Food & Beverage administrative experiences / operation experiences or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related field
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties
Able to read, write and speak English and Mandarin
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often
Fresh graduate will also be considered
