Key Accountabilities

Expense Team Management & Overall Arrangement, including responsible for the review and control of business expenses, daily reimbursements, and establish a standardized expense review system;
Expense Compliance Risk Control & Policy Review, Update and Implementation;
Responsible for month end closing, bank reconciliation and other accounting work;
Responsible for fixed assets/ leased asset related tasks;
Payment system and work-flow revamp/ automation;
Data Analysis & Process Optimization;
Cross-departmental Coordination & Special Work Promotion;
Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by supervisors.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor degree or above, major in Financial Management, Accounting and other finance-related majors is preferred;
Proficient in office software including Excel and PPT, with independent capabilities of data analysis, report writing and process optimization;
At least 6 years of corporate financial work experience, at least 1 year of team management experience in expense accounting and fixed asset management; candidates with financial management experience in medium and large-sized enterprises are preferred;
Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
Have a strong sense of financial compliance and risk control, rigorous and meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility;
Good at communication and coordination, cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving.
able to work under pressure;
Clear logical thinking, with the thinking of data analysis, review and summary, and continuous optimization, suitable for refined financial management and control work;
A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
