We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking HR Intern for a high-impact internship. This role is designed for an individual who wishes to gain rigorous experience at the intersection of human resources, data analytics, and emerging workplace technologies.

Position Overview

During this period, you will support the HR team in optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and exploring technological innovation. This role demands a high level of quantitative aptitude, flawless attention to detail, and a keen interest in how Artificial Intelligence can be leveraged to streamline human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Analytics: Assist in auditing, reconciling, and organizing regional employee metrics. Maintain HR dashboards, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure high data integrity within our internal tracking systems.
AI Integration & Research: Research and evaluate AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance HR efficiency (e.g., resume screening optimization, policy query automation, and predictive analytics for talent retention).
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Review employment contracts, regional policy documentation, and internal correspondence to ensure absolute accuracy, alignment, and compliance with corporate standards.
Operational Support: Assist with the administrative lifecycle of employees, including onboarding preparation, data entry, and the management of confidential personnel files.
Special Project Delivery: Own and execute a specific, short-term project within the timeline, focusing on process improvement or digital transformation.

Requirements & Qualifications

Technical Capabilities & Skills:

Quantitative Aptitude: Strong proficiency in data handling, with a solid command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, data cleaning, and pivot tables).
Technological Literacy: A demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation tools, or large language models (LLMs), with an understanding of how they apply to business environments.
Meticulous Attention to Detail: An exceptional eye for accuracy in data entry, document proofreading, and compliance tracking.

Professional Attributes:

Confidentiality: Absolute discretion and integrity when handling sensitive personal and financial employee data.
Agility: The ability to rapidly adapt to a fast-paced corporate environment and deliver measurable results within a condensed time frame.
Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

Education:Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
