Responsibilities

Review and complete sample checks on work prepared by makers or hub team staff.
Act as a checker to review work prepared by makers.
Review and sign off letters to clients prepared by the maker.
Support the team manager with daily monitoring and reconciliation preparation for sign-off.
Support the management team in UVT/UAT for any system upgrades or changes and provide feedback from a user perspective.
Support the management team in ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and that regular refresher training is conducted.
Support both onshore and offshore teams with training, including preparing training materials, knowledge tests, and one-on-one reinforcement support.
Serve as a key contact for the team and handle enquiries received from different teams/departments
To perform quality checking/ reconciliation on the daily/ monthly/ quarterly basis
Act as a subject matter expert and liaise with key stakeholders on any exceptional handling or new process requirements, as well as update the Department Operating Instructions (DOI).
Perform any tasks or activities as required under the DOI, Group Department Operating Instructions (GDOI), Process Notes, applicable Group Procedures, Policies, Standards, Service Level Agreements, other operational documents, and/or as required by the line manager from time to time..

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
At least 1 year of experience in banking industry
Good knowledge of Microsoft skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in English & Mandarin are preferrable
