Job Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate and participate in all food and beverage activities.
Ensure that the preparation and quality of food provided are consistently maintained as per Hotel standards.
To prepare and supervise daily mise en place and assures that all sections are ready supplied with fresh and high quality products based on anticipated business levels.
To ensure accurate maintenance of recipes and product specifications.
Lead by example, adopting a positive attitude to keep the team spirit at its highest level.
Ensure smooth and effective communication within the Food and Beverage Division and among other departments in the Hotel.
Attend to operational problems and needs and brought to colleagues and Executive Chef’s attention.

Job Qualification & Experience:

At least 1-2 year of experience in Food and Beverage Operations in an establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe level, preferably with pre and post opening experience.
Excellent presentation, counseling and presentation skills.
Fluent spoken Cantonese and preferably English.
