About the Role:

Perform manual and automated testing for new and updated features across web and mobile platforms
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA management tools
Collaborate with the project teams and other stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
Review specifications and technical documents to create effective test plans and case
Assist in the design and maintenance of basic automation scripts and frameworks
Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including direct interaction with end users
Report testing progress and quality metrics regularly to project teams

About You:

Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
2+ years of software testing experience with strong testing expertise
Strong hands-on experience in manual software testing in web, mobile, or POS applications
Familiarity with test case creation, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting tools
Basic understanding and some exposure with automation tools and processes (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber)
Sound knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and various testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, UAT)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail
Good communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration
Flexibility to adapt to changing environment and multitasking
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
