Conduct market and financial analyses using relevant market, inventory, margin, and portfolio performance data.

Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to translate market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities into actionable business strategies.
Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with sales forecasting, budget management, and driving portfolio performance.
Experience engaging healthcare professionals, surgeons, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Regional Marketing, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders.
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
People management experience, ideally leading Product Managers or other marketing professionals.

Experience developing and executing market access, tender, pricing, and commercialization strategies within healthcare.
Experience partnering with regional and/or global Marketing teams and representing local market priorities within a broader regional organization.

Track record of coaching and developing marketing talent, particularly Product Managers or other marketing professionals.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment with multiple portfolios, stakeholders, and competing priorities.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will require more than strong marketing execution. You will bring together strategic thinking, commercial acumen, market insight, customer understanding, and people leadership to shape the direction of the Hong Kong business.

You will be comfortable moving between long-term portfolio strategy and hands-on execution, influencing regional stakeholders while remaining close to customers, healthcare professionals, and the local market.
