Job Description
As a Senior Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation and financial reporting processes.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS/HKFRS.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations, elimination entries, and multi-currency consolidations.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive process improvements and reporting system enhancements.
- Partner with regional finance teams and provide technical accounting guidance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Finance Manager, should have:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA/HKICPA qualified.
- 8-12+ years of experience in financial reporting and group consolidation.
- Exteral Audit and multinational company experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/HKFRS and consolidation principles.
- Experience with ERP/consolidation systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, etc.).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in regional/global reporting environments is a plus.
