Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging learning programmes by leveraging technology to enhance onboarding, leadership development, and skills training, fostering a dynamic and growth-oriented learning culture.
- Support talent development initiatives by identifying high-potential employees and facilitating career growth workshops that strengthen workforce capabilities and professional progression.
- Develop, refine, and maintain training materials, manuals, and evaluation tools to ensure impactful, interactive, and effective learning experiences across both classroom and online formats.
- Track, analyze, and report on learning outcomes and talent development progress, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize the Learning & Development platform, resolving technical issues and driving the implementation of innovative digital learning solutions to enhance accessibility and effectiveness.
- Conduct training needs analyses and contribute to the coordination of leadership and executive development programs that support organizational growth and future talent pipelines.
- Participate in HR ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in learning and development or related HR functions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to effectively plan and execute training initiatives.
- Certification in training and development (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Chinese and English, with strong written communication skills.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to initiate and manage change effectively.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to foster a dynamic learning environment.
