About the Role
To be influencer of agency force who offer business advice and formulate business solutions with the support from subject matter (KPI) specialists, dedicated to progress agency business performance on CS members IVS upselling and accomplish business goals.

Responsibilities:
District Business Strategic Planning & KPI Delivery
- Execute corporate business initiatives at district level by translating strategy into clear action plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Own end-to-end performance management for assigned agency portfolio: track KPI results, diagnose gaps, and drive corrective actions using dashboards and business reports
- Prepare regular business forecasts and performance updates; highlight risks/opportunities and recommend specific actions to accelerate results
- Lead district business planning cycles (monthly/quarterly): set priorities, align resources, and ensure disciplined follow-through to achieve agreed targets
- Identify district-level challenges and execute improvement initiatives to support overall agency business growth
- Coordinate and deploy subject matter (KPI) specialists to deliver targeted solutions (e.g., sales focus, product penetration, upselling), ensuring timely implementation and measurable impact
Agency Development & Sales Execution
- Act as a key influencer to drive agency engagement and execution of corporate direction
- Maintain proactive communication cadence with agency leaders and front-line agents; consolidate feedback and convert insights into actionable business recommendations
- Drive adoption of sales activity management routines (pipeline building, case tracking, follow-up discipline) to improve productivity and conversion
- Design and execute development programs (workshops, coaching sessions, field support) to strengthen capability in sales process, product knowledge, and consultative selling
- Partner with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver initiatives that improve agent activation and performance within the assigned portfolio
Business Quality Assurance & Risk Management
- Monitor and enforce professionalism, sales conduct, and compliance standards; identify issues early and implement remediation actions
- Support risk management practices by ensuring sales activities and documentation meet required governance and regulatory requirements
Others
- Obtain and maintain relevant licenses as required for regulated activities·
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in insurance distribution, agency sales management, business development, or performance management; experience supporting an agency force is highly preferred
- Proven ability to influence agency leaders and drive adoption of business initiatives to achieve KPI and sales targets
- Strong business acumen with solid analytical skills (e.g., interpreting dashboards, identifying performance gaps, and recommending corrective actions)
- Demonstrated capability in planning and execution, including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined follow-through
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a strong commitment to excellence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); ability to prepare business reports, forecasts, and presentation materials
- Able to obtain and maintain all relevant licenses required for regulated activities (e.g., IA Papers 1, 2, 3 and MPFA Paper 4)
