To support our constant endeavour to position Hong Kong as a world-class smart city and an international hub of innovation and technology, we are seeking qualified professionals to fill the following position(s):

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a reliable manager to join our team:

Prepare the month-end closing, including but not limited to preparing financial and management reports, reviewing payments and vouchers, and budgetary control.
Perform year-end closing activities, support statutory audit, and tax filing to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
Support in preparing the group consolidation accounts.
Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax advisors.
Implement internal control policies and procedures following both statutory and Government funding requirements.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Qualified Accountant with a degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of hands-on and relevant experience, Big 4 audit experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
A self-motivator and team player to handle job duties with tight deadlines and ad hoc requests.
Strong sense of ownership.
Ability to multitask with good time-management skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of the FLEX accounting system is an advantage.
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

The appointment will be on renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and performance-linked variable pay. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical, insurance coverage and contribution to MPF. The incumbent will normally work a five-day week.
