Principal Accountabilities:

Assist in develop and execute brand plans & strategies to maximize brand awareness and achieve business goals
Support on the planning and execution of new product launch plan
Co-ordinate with retailers and third parties on promotions’ planning and execution
Co-ordinate with press and agencies on PR and communications
Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure counter activations and visual merchandising are properly executed
Work closely with brand principal to ensure all marketing plans and materials will uphold brand image
Consolidate and analyze sales data for reporting
Be responsible for inventory and budget control
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
At least 3 years working experience in the sales & marketing of beauty, FMCG, retail, or related industries
Able to collaborate well with team members
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Immediately available is preferred
