We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Investment and Compliance Support Manager.

Principal responsibilities

Support cash forecasting and funding awareness for trading activity, corporate action proceeds, margin movements, fees, and financing costs.
Validate and coordinate time-critical cash movements with Payments/Settlements teams, ensuring correct approvals, cut-offs, and segregation of duties.
Oversee cash management activities including cash positioning/forecasting, funding of settlements, and liquidity monitoring across portfolios/funds.
Manage elections for voluntary events (rights, tenders, conversions) and ensure instructions are submitted ahead of deadlines.
Calculate/validate margin requirements using internal/external models and statements (e.g., Bilateral).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in custody or fund operations, specifically with Mutual funds/ETF products, asset management company is advantageous.
Strong understanding of financial markets.
Ability to work independently under pressure and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaborate effectively across functions and teams to deliver the best outcome for the company.
Basic understanding of Derivatives is preferrable.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
SQL; Python knowledge is a plus.
