About Our Client
Our client is an international luxury retail firm and has a strong presence across the globe. They are currently looking for an additional support to their accounting & finance team.
Job Description
- Handle full spectrum of accounts receivable (AR) functions
- Handle inter-company transactions, including reconciliation and settlement across entities
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments via email
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Assist in month-end closing and AR reporting
- Support ad hoc finance projects and audits as required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years' accounting experience
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in accounting ERP System (such as Oracle / SAP) is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in the retail industry would be an advantage
