Cathay Subsidiary Services consists of several independent departments that provides professional services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, HAS by Cathay and Vogue Laundry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the participation of salary surveys, conduct market research and benchmarking initiatives to improve the competitiveness of all roles in the company. Provide useful insights on the analysis results.
- Assist in job profile mapping and analysis to ensure it is aligned with the company’s levelling system and salary range.
- Assist in the year-end planning exercise. Lead in the consolidation of performance management / evaluation results for management’s talent review cycle.
- Perform UATs with HRIS team and Service Vendor on the implementation of Compensation and Payroll module.
- Support the implementation of the PMS system and the online performance management process. Deliver performance management and competency training to help People Business Partners / stakeholders understand and apply the PMS system effectively.
- Independently handle day to day rewards operations, ensuring data integrity and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Participate in ad hoc projects related to total rewards and performance management.
Requirements
- Degree holder plus at least 6 years relevant working experience with proven track-record in payroll operations, compensation & benefits and performance management.
- Deep functional knowledge of best HR practices and processes in performance and rewards management.
- Knowledge in job evaluation, job grading methodology and remuneration surveys (e.g. Willis Towers Watson/ Mercer/ Korn Ferry).
- Experience in enhancing and implementing HR digital systems and solutions will be a plus (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to details and high degree of accuracy. Advanced excel skills will be advantageous.
