Job Overview

Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring hotel engineering works and tackling ad-hoc hotel projects’ technical problems;
Conduct tender analysis and hotels monthly on-site inspection / audit;
Assist hotels in monitoring Preventive Maintenance Programme (PMP) and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP);
Identify, evaluate and implementBuilder’s Work, E&M & ESG new technologies;
Implement corrective and planned maintenance of building services equipment and system;
Handle enquiries on all related issues and prepare investigation reports for technical issues;
Perform any tasks and ad hoc projects assigned by superior.

Responsibilities (Con't)

Requirements

Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering;
At least 2-3 year's relevant engineering experience with hotels or real estate at corporate level;
Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B or above) is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in E&M consulting background;
Effective communicator who is able to develop strong collaboration with hotel operation and project teams;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Proficiency in MS Office and AUTOCAD software applications.
