We are searching for the best talent for Sales Administration Support Officer

Purpose: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Administration Support Officer to provide comprehensive support to the sales team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across teams.

The position is offered on an initial contract basis, with opportunity for conversion to a full-time role subject to performance and business needs.

You will be responsible for:

Perform general filing and document control to ensure records are accurate and well-organized
Coordinate document and POSM printing and distribution
Follow up on agreements and ensure proper documentation and timely execution
Handle DX orders, including coordination of shipments to the US for investigation
Receive, check, and process purchase orders, invoices, and contracts accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update customer databases, including contact details and account information
Compile sales reports and assist in tracking sales performance and team objectives
Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales staff, including scheduling and logistical coordination
Handle claim lens processing, including proper documentation and timely portal submission
Support general office administrative tasks (e.g. office supplies coordination, internal requests, document handling)
Assist in coordinating meetings, calendars, and internal communications
Act as a point of contact for administrative coordination across departments
Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements:

Previous experience in sales administration, office administration, or customer service roles is preferred

Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Core Competencies

Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Team-oriented with a proactive and responsible attitude
