HR & Admin Assistant (Sales Team Support)

Key Responsibilities：

50% Human Resources (C&B, Payroll & Sales HR Operation)

Payroll & Compensation & Benefits Management: Manage monthly payroll calculation, verification and disbursement for the entire sales team (around 500+), and prepare relevant HR data reports to ensure 100% data accuracy and on-time salary issuance. Conduct regular reviewing of sales team structure, sales commission structures and incentive schemes etc. and update relevant departments/stakeholders.
Sales Performance Appraisal: Implement monthly and quarterly sales performance appraisal in strict accordance with company SOPs. Analyze sales performance data and execute corresponding follow-up actions, including employee elimination, part-time transfer, salary reduction and demotion.
Full-cycle Employee Management: Handle end-to-end HR procedures for sales staff including onboarding, transfer, promotion and resignation, adapting to the high mobility characteristics of the sales team. Maintain and update employee files and HRIS system data with strict confidentiality and data accuracy management.
Lark system maintenance: To update daily and maintain the lark system about all work related files, personnel information, and to share or inform related stakeholders.

50% Administration (Sales Operation Support)

Sales Expense Reimbursement Management: Be fully responsible for the collection, compliance review and follow-up of all sales staff reimbursement applications, standardize reimbursement processes and ensure standardized and compliant expense settlement.
Company Asset Management: Manage the full lifecycle of sales team office assets, including mobile phones, phone SIM cards, laptops and other office equipment, covering application, distribution, maintenance, recovery and regular inventory management, then updating records in the Lark system.
Office Operations Management: Coordinate with internal departments to check and confirm teams' petty cash, rental as well as other ad-hoc tasks or activities from remote sales teams.
Daily Administrative Support: Coordinate with internal departments to resolve daily office and logistics issues for the sales team, and check and register for accounting purposes regarding departmental credit card expenses such as SF delivery fee, monthly China Unicom (Hong Kong) fee etc.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines is preferred.
Minimum 0.5-1 year of hands-on HR or Admin operations experience; candidates with solid Hong Kong local C&B/payroll practical experience and sales team HR support experience are highly preferred.
Familiar with mainland labor laws and social insurance & housing fund policies, familiar with the operational characteristics of sales industry human resource management are "a PLUS".
Proficient in office tools, including HRIS system and Lark; advanced Excel skills for data statistics, analysis and report generation of sales workforce and performance data.
Mainland background is preferred. Meticulous, highly responsible with strong confidentiality awareness, capable of strictly managing sensitive sales salary and performance data.
Excellent communication skills and service awareness; proactive and outgoing, able to respond to diverse sales team demands and manage multiple tasks efficiently under fast-paced workflow.
Strong stress tolerance, able to adapt to the flexible and high-pressure working rhythm of the sales team.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English for seamless cross-lingual and cross-department collaboration.
